PRACTICES

SKIERS: 

Dryland practice begins in November. Days are tbd. On snow ski practice takes place on Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening once the snow falls. Detailed practice schedules are in the Ski team app.

BOARDERS

Practices are generally held on Wednesday nights from 5:00 - 6:30 pm at Tyrol Basin. First day of practice, prior to January 3rd, will be determined by the coaches and dependent on snow.  Other practices may be held at the coaches discretion.  Watch for emails from coaches Tony for any additional practices.  Attendance is mandatory so let them know if you have a conflict or be unable to make it! 

NOTE:  You are expected to stay with your team the entire practice!  No disappearing to the Park area, etc.

Saturday practice and additional captain practices will be determined by Coach Tony and the captains.

RACE NIGHTS

All regular season races are on Monday nights. On race nights, the schedule is as follows:

• 15 minutes prior to inspection - Meet at the top of the hill
• Course Inspection
• Races Begin

Check the schedule for times.

Skiers:

Races will take place at Tyrol Basin, Devil's Head and Cascade Mountain.

Boarders:

GS races will be on Twister, by Chairlift C.
Boardercross races will be on Sutter's Ridge, by Chairlift B.

Races will always start at the time specified barring any issue with the timing system. The course will be open for inspection prior to race start.  We don't have access to the lift to get to the top to set course till 4:30. Meet Coach Tony at the top of the run at fifteen minutes prior to inspection, slipping takes place until course close five minutes prior to the race.
